Rates include heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. One basket of logs provided for the stove.

16th December -  5th January                 £375 per week

6th January - 23rd March 2018               £300 per week

 

24th March - 22nd June                          £360 per week

 

23rd June - 31st August                          £420 per week (7 day lets only)

​From 28th July till 2nd August and from 5th August till 10th August the cottage will
only be available for 6 days each week at reduced price of £350 each week.

1st September - 26th October                 £360 per week

​

27th October - 14th December                £300 per week

​

15th December - 4th January                  £375 per week

 

For weekly lets the usual changeover day is Saturday but is flexible. Short breaks available (min 3 nights) please ring or e-mail for availability and rates.

Up to 2 well-behaved pets by arrangement - no extra charge but a damages/cleaning deposit may be requested

 

25% deposit on booking.  Balance, plus any returnable damages deposit, payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

 

Please note initial deposit is non returnable in case of cancellation unless the cottage can be re-let.
